Trovas History...
The Trovas community, a 134 home gated enclave, was developed by Coventry Homes, a respected local builder that was subsequently acquired by the Del Webb Corporation.
When originally offered, the pricing ranged from $338,500 to $412,500 for the basic plans. However, at present, prices range from the high $800,000's to over $1,000,000 with the highest values going to those homes with the most attractive settings and views. There are eight different models ranging in size from 2,600 square feet to 4,754 square feet. Located in the easternmost section of the ranch, Trovas is set at the base of the McDowells and borders both the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and state owned land. Entry is restricted by an elegant electronic gate that was designed by a local artist named Joe Tyler.
